4. A2P Verification and Compliance

As part of our services, we may assist you with Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging verification and compliance with applicable regulations. You acknowledge and agree that:

- You will provide us with all necessary information for A2P verification.

- You are responsible for complying with all local, provincial, and federal laws regarding messaging, including but not limited to the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

- We are not liable for any issues that arise from your failure to comply with such laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to our services are owned by Motivation Monday Marketing or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

- Payment for services is due as outlined in the individual service agreements.

- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.

- We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motivation Monday Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any related services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Motivation Monday Marketing, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
